AGENTS.md has a short section each for environment, system under test, conventions, specifications and
boundaries.
- Conventions are a link to
docs/conventions.md, not a copy.

AGENTS.md still fits on one screen, about 60 lines at most, and lists no files, tests or keywords.
- Neither
AGENTS.md nor the file you split off contains a secret, a key, a token or a value from .env.
- One section lives in its own file, and
AGENTS.md says in one line when to read it.

CLAUDE.md still contains only @AGENTS.md.

results/lab-02/before.robot and results/lab-02/after.robot exist, and you can name one difference
between them that AGENTS.md caused.
